Goal
With many possible sources of online and offline contact acquisition, it is common for marketers to occasionally need to upload a .csv file or spreadsheet of opt-ins or bulk opt-outs to a Contact List in Responsys Interact. We often hear: "I have to send a 'one time/one-off' email to this list I received from an opt-in source - how can I do this?"
In the case of new opt-ins - to provide the best experience, marketers often wish to target a Campaign or Program to records included in their .csv or file load. Or perhaps this is just your first time uploading a .csv to your list and you want to understand some of the options available. This guide will demonstrate the steps to go from a .csv file saved on your desktop, to confirming the file is successfully uploaded to a list, and then how to target that specific load in a Filter or Program for use in an audience selection.
