Symptoms

The instance has been working but today user noticed that certain navigation gives a blank white page / UI. 

ERROR
HTTP 500
OR
A problem occurred fetching a requested resource
OR
Blank White Page

 

STEPS
1. Login to HomePage ( https://<instance>.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/FuseWelcome )
2. User might get error or blank white screen
