Symptoms

HTTP 403 (Forbidden) is returned instead of HTTP 404 (Not Found) when Head or Get request is issued to non-existing containers.

For example:

Changes

 The user which has Storage_ReadOnlyGroup and Storage_ReadWriteGroup roles

issues Head request to containers which do not exist.
