How to make default Partner Sort Order Alphabetical? (Doc ID 2515119.1)

On navigating to the Partner Landing page, the initial data returned is not alphabetical by Name (and there are no beginning spaces at the start of the Name strings):-

The UI is suggesting that the data is sorted alphabetically (the blue arrow next to 'Name' is on the 'Ascending' option). This is therefore misleading to users. They want to be able to view the Partner data sorted, by default, alphabetically.

How can we make this so?
