Symptoms

Frequent loss of connectivity on a OCI-C instance. The server suddenly losses the connection and gets a network connection error. No able to ping server nor to take ssh to the instance.

Changes

Configured static private IP in the instance by setting it up in ifcfg-eth0 file.
