After installing agent on onpremise server, agent is not visible on OIC Agent monitoring page. Logs shows below error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install agent and start the agent.
2. Note agent won't visible on OIC console monitoring page and Agent logs shows above reported error.
