Fusion: The total credit percentage for the internal people does not add up to 100% (Doc ID 2515487.1)

Goal

When the user is trying to add a second Principal Investigator after end dating the existing Principal Investigator, system does not allow to save the second Principal Investigator with a Credit Percent of 100.
Instead, displays the following error: Why is the system defaulting 0% for Credit Percentage for a second PI after end dating the first one with 100%
