Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are facing Severe Performance Issue across the Fusion Apps portal, have cleared the cache/cookies but it has become impossible to work on the instance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Response time to be within 5 seconds.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation across all menus take time.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot work on Fusion Portal in a timely fashion.
