When Trying To Complete Transaction The Following Message Appears: An Application Error Occurred (Doc ID 2515674.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Billing - Transactions

When trying to complete transaction the following message appears: An application error occurred

When trying to complete a Credit Note (1263013) the below error occurs:

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 157, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."

This error is replicable in our DEV1 environment as well.

Could you please investigate and let us know the reason why it is appearing?
