Unable To Search For Codes When Creating Journals Since December Oracle Update

Since patch R13.18.10 12/14 CWB went live in production and when we are creating an journal we have no way of searching for the codes to be used.
Now we are unable to select an account from a search, users have to actually know the account.
Previously users were able to see/use magnifying glass on edge of the account field when trying to create a journal and could select an account based on a lookup but this feature doesn’t appear to be there anymore since the December patch.
Can we get this functionality enabled again?
