"Partner Info" or "User Integration" Button is Missing (Doc ID 2515796.1)

Symptoms

Despite having enabled Single Sign-On in CPQ, the "Partner Info" button, as described in either the CPQ/OSC Integration guide (available in Doc ID 2015009.1) or CPQ/Salesforce Integration guide (available in Doc ID 2432470.1), does not appear on the user profile page.

Meanwhile, the Integration XSL pages are missing the 'Endpoint URL' field and the Host Company page is missing the CRM Partner URL.

Note: The "Partner Info" button has been renamed to "User Integration".
