Goal
When an agent creates an SR and immediately updates the Queue field then performs a save, the message: "Your changes were not saved to the service request because another user has edited it. Save the service request again to keep your changes. (SVC-5295325)." is shown.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Login as an Agent
2. Navigate to HR Help Desk Service Request
3. Click Create SR
4. Enter the required fields.
5. Click Save and Continue
6. Make a change to the Queue field and click Save.
7. The following error message is displayed
"Your changes were not saved to the service request because another user has edited it. Save the service request again to keep your changes. (SVC-5295325)"
