Symptoms
Landed Cost Simulator and Landed cost Management on Trade Transactions are not Calculating Duty or Import Taxes.
The above is experienced after accessing the landed Cost Simulator Screen by navigating Landed Cost> Landed Cost Simulator, then proceed to complete the following:
Enter the required fields for simulation: Country of Import -- Result Currency -- Product Information -- Exchange Rate Date -- Quantity -- Classification Type
Enter the Sourcing Options fields: Country of Export -- Country of Origin -- Transport Mode -- Incoterm -- Invoice Value
Proceed to Click the Show Landed Cost Button.
The results within the Landed Cost Simulator returns. Then proceed to click the link 'Show Details" for the the results that was returned , the resulting page do not include a field for "Duty" or any of the "Taxes" that needs to be collected
