Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Post Journal Entries
When attempting to upload journals via ADFdi,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The remote server returned an error (503). Server Unavailable
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. use the adfdi spreadsheet, enter in journals
2. submit the spreadsheet for upload
3. receive error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close out month.
