When a case is having Null Flavor values via

This issue is observed when:
1. Case Form is changed to split language mode (The other language side is read-only.)
2. Case is opened by Read-Only mode for Case Form.

Email Address field shows "x". All the other Null Flavor fields in this block is blank on Read-Only mode UI.
