[OIC] Access Fusion BI Report Without Base64 Conversion (Doc ID 2516371.1)

BI report response data is received in the form of base64 format. Now in OIC integration process we read this data using Stage file.

When use stage file, does the data get stored in temp folder/location?. If yes, does this location has public access where in anyone can decode/access the data?
