Existing B2B User Is Not Able To Register For A Different Organization on the Storefront. Internal Error is shown. (Doc ID 2516547.1)

Symptoms

In the Storefront, 

a B2B user can register and request roles for a single organization successfully. 

However, when this user requests to be added to a second organization, an internal error message in displayed in the OOTB widget. Even if it is deleted from the first organization it was given access to.

Moreover, It was noticed in the network tab that  the following call /ccstoreui/v1/profileRequests returns in 500 error.

 

Changes

 Users can register directly on Storefront or they can also have a different profile using SSO credentials.
