The merge request cannot be processed because one of its duplicate records has a party usage of partner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Engagement Cloud application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Duplicate Resolution
3. Request 00001922824987 & 300001922808723 shows error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
