Authentication Does Not Work Through Direct URL For Schema Services (Doc ID 2516631.1)

Symptoms

Customer has created a Schema Service to associate to his JCS - SX instance. The services have been associated, but an authentication error is received when logging into the

https://<SCHEMA_SERVICE>-<IDENITITY_DOMAIN>.<db.REGION>.oraclecloudapps.com/apex/ instance has been provisioned and can be seen on the My Services page. However, it is not possible to login directly to the service URL - an authentication error is thrown.

If you go through the My Services page, login and go to the Schema Service instance URL link the APEX works.
