Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Import Items
During import created New Item Request stuck in draft
ERROR
-----------------------
"You cannot update change order in this status because Allow Update is set to No. (EGO-2745346)".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Uploaded items using Item Batch
2) It generated New Item Requisition.
3) NIR was not automatically assigned & did not reach the approval stage.
4) It has remained on status Draft.
5) Unable to submit the NIR
