Symptoms


When attempting to access task Manage Geographies,

the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5"
An error occurred while invoking task Manage geographies. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the Setup and Maintenance menu
2. Search task Manage Geographies and try to access it
3. See the error message
