On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

Can we change Value qualifiers?

It's business requirement to modify qualifiers of the values of Natural Segment from Third Party Control Accounts to normal accounts. Is there any financial impact? Please advise.
