Objective Scroll Bar Is Not Visible On Business Plan Summary Page (Doc ID 2516956.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Business Plan

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Business Plan Dashboard for a business plan Name(e.g: IBL Ltd-2019) there are total 13 objectives created but there is no scroll bar to see all the objectives.

We can only see 7 objectives, We have used the sorting option on the Objective Names & observed that rest 6 objectives are visible now.
This behavior is too Odd since we cannot see all the objectives on the one page & there is no scroll bar to see the additional objectives.

Also I reduced the screen resolution and all the 13 objectives present are visible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business plan object
2. Edit business plan-->
We can only see 7 objectives, We have used the sorting option on the Objective Names & observed that rest 6 objectives are visible now.
