On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

Business user is indicating that "Waiting for Review" count is incorrect

One of the business users is indicating that her "Waiting for Review" counts is incorrect. It is reporting 31, but she believes that it is lower.

Is there any way to actually get a report to compare what the PLMC system is reporting to what is being displayed on home page?
