Symptoms

On :  11.13.19.01.0 version, Performance
 
Currently having issues exporting FAH application configuration object level files to use for configuration import. We understand that there are known issues for files over 10MB according to product Development, and this is the case with the files that we are attempting to export. I have attached screenshots of the warning messages that we are receiving, as well as the Process Status Detail Log file. If there is an outstanding Bug logged for this issue, we would like to request having this SR linked to the Bug. Or, if this is a separate issue, we would like to request the filing of a new Bug.

The process ends in warning, the log shows:

Business object: Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set Journal Entry Header Assignment. Status: Completed with warnings. Status details: The size of the XML file XLA_JERS.xml in the zip file for business object Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set Journal Entry Header Assignment is beyond the limit of 10 MB

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export a configuration package that contains a large number of Journal Rules

2. Import a configuration package.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully import the configuration package due to the size of the file, this is making to create manually configuration that should be moved trough the configuration package.
