Problem Description:

In the Recruiting Subject Area in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI):

A candidate's job submission is displaying a null value for the Submission Completed Date even though Recruiting reflects that their job submission was completed

A candidate's job submission is not reflecting in OBI even though Recruiting shows the job submission
