Symptoms
When attempting to apply Sickness Absence, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Tried to re-apply the Absences and Run the Evaluate Absence Process. The system didn't populated Plan used for the applied leave.
2. Trace log of the process shows the stuck error.
