Users Are Sent to the Login Screen When Accessing CPQ Cloud from Dynamics 365

When attempting to open quotes via Dynamics with certain users, the following error may occur in the bm.log:
You have reached this page due to the following reason:
authToken cannot be longer than 4000 characters.
Click Home to return to the home page.
Some additional information about the issue:
- Users were able to access the environment without issue previously
- This only affects a subset of users
- Even after revoking the token for the user, the issue still occurs
No changes were made in CPQ Cloud and no known changes were made in either Azure AD or Dynamics 365.
