Symptoms

When attempting to access Manage Document Records from Quick Actions, the following error occurs:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."
"An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1, Server Domain: FADomain, Server instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP"


The issue is seen after performing the following steps:
1. Login as LM or HR with seeded roles
2. My Team/My Workforce -> Quick Actions -> Manage Document Records (There are 2 options for Manage Document Records on Quick Actions)
3. Click on first option -> nothing happened
4. Click on second option -> get the error
