Proxy Users Continue to Receive Task Notification Emails After Their User Accounts Are Set to Inactive (Doc ID 2517540.1)

Symptoms

An inactivated user continues to receive workflow notification emails as proxy for a user.

Example use-case:

A user who was added as a proxy user for another user account was disabled in Unifier. Even though the user was disabled and appears as 'inactive' in Unifier, the user account continues to receive workflow notification emails in their inbox.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a proxy user is inactivated in Unifier, the user account should not receive email notifications.
