An inactivated user continues to receive workflow notification emails as proxy for a user.
A user who was added as a proxy user for another user account was disabled in Unifier. Even though the user was disabled and appears as 'inactive' in Unifier, the user account continues to receive workflow notification emails in their inbox.
When a proxy user is inactivated in Unifier, the user account should not receive email notifications.
