Goal

Need to track and report compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Employer Shared Responsibly provision. Need monthly and annual reports to verify that the system is tracking employee’s hours worked to determine their full-time status within measurement periods. The employee’s hours need to include:

An hour of service is:
• Each hour for which an employee is paid, or entitled to payment, for the performance of duties for the employer, and
• Each hour for which an employee is paid, or entitled to payment by the employer for a period of time during which no duties are performed due to vacation, holiday, illness, incapacity (including disability), layoff, jury duty, military duty or leave of absence.

Then need to document that coverage is offered over a stability period.

Does Oracle HCM provide an ACA compliance reporting package that includes Employer Shared Responsibility tracking?
