Symptoms

When using the Big Data Cloud Service (BDCS) Console to apply a patch upgrade to a BDCS cluster, the patch pre-check fails with:


Verified that the <CM_ADMIN> user can successfully log in to Cloudera Manager, however re-running the patch pre-check in the BDCS Dashboard page, still fails.
