Data Loader Does Not Update Fields in View Oracle Users Section

When attempting to update Oracle User fields in Salesforce via Data Loader, the fields are not updated in the View Oracle Users section of the user profile. When the fields are queried in Salesforce, they return the new values, but these values are not shown in the UI.
For instance, for the variables BigMachines__Bulk_Synchronization__c and BigMachines__Access_Type__c, Salesforce records values of "true" and "FullAccess", respectively. However, as seen in the screenshot, the corresponding fields Suspend Oracle CPQ Cloud Synchronization and Access Type show the values of "false" and "SalesAgent".
There are no known changes that triggered this behavior.
