Error 'A connection to the server has failed. (status = 504)' Approving Workflow in Fusion Bell Icon UI (Doc ID 2518039.1)

When attempting to approving workflow by in the application.
the following error occurs.


The Fusion Applications Bell Icon UI says "A connection to the server has failed. (status = 504)  "
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approve workflow in Fusion Applications Worklist
