Symptoms
When export the Direct Credit Rules or Rollup Credit Rules, the process generate a zero 0 byte size XML file.
STEPS
Navigator > Participants Assignments > Manage Direct Credit Rules > select a hierarchy > export
Navigator > Participants Assignments > Manage Rollup Credit Rules > select a hierarchy > export
