Symptoms

AAfter generating a new Taleo SSO certificate, the subsequent Taleo SP (service provider) metadata import or certificate upload into the customer's IdP (Identity Provider, e.g., ADFS) fails with an error like:

 The Taleo SSO certificate was changed by customer configuring their self-serve SSO (e.g., the previous Taleo certificate was due to expire soon)
