Activity Status Code Returns Random Undefined Values (Doc ID 2518220.1)

The customer is running into an issue where the StatusCode field on CX Mobile returns a list of random values that are not available values we defined in application composer. This caused error as users cannot create new activity on mobile because the LOV are not aligned. How can this issue be resolved?
