Symptoms

 On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to change the hire date for a person the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
There are component definitions defined with effective start dates prior to the newly entered hire date.(PAY-1636307).
The hire date must be after the effective start date of the component definition. To enter a valid hire date, enter a date that is after the effective start date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Work Relationship.
2. Change the Hire Date to 01.01.2015 from 01.01.2016.
3. Error occurs.
