Symptoms
On Unifier : Any Version
When creating Record and/or Line Item data by way of importing a Record or Line Item Template CSV file:
Expected Result
The import should complete successfully and the Record and/or Line Item data should be created.
Actual Result
After uploading the CSV file to the Upload window and clicking on the Next button the following pops up: Import could not be completed. Do you want to download a file with errors shown?
However, after opening the error file there are no errors are found.
