OAC-C: Create Backup Fails Error PSM-BKP-50095, PSM-BKP-50106

Symptoms
Not able to create a backup it fails with the following error:
Error:
PSM-BKP-50095: Operation execution was abborted or it has crashed possibly due to script execution error or lack of space for capturing script output. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
PSM-BKP-50106: Operation Failed and will be retried.
/bi/log/backup_<timestamp>.log has the following Errors:
INFO Adding /bi/domain/scripts in archive /tmp/psmbackup/domain_data.tar
ERROR Error during backup
