Symptoms

When invoking the web service call : ImportPublicService to sync the items to OSC using following wsdl:

https://<domainname>/crmService/ImportPublicService?WSDL

Following error noticed:
                Error while opening JDBC connection.: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool ApplicationDB to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..; ServiceErrorMessage.code=26061;                      ServiceErrorMessage.message=JBO-26061
