ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Barcode types configuration not working. Scan an IBLPN with prefix "MENT" which is not registered as a valid barcode type. The bar code allowed despites the prefix ‘MENT’ .


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should validate all barcode type configuration for all companies and facilities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IBLPN Barcode Type.

2. OBLPN Barcode Type.

3. Pallet Barcode Type.
