Enhancement Request: Order/Product Returns

Product Enhancement is needed with regards to the product returns process on CG Retail execution app

Description: System should display Previous Orders (Limited to certain time/duration e.g. 1 month - to be configurable). Then, SalesRep/ Trade Marketer should see these previous orders and select the order being returned by PoS either full (complete) or partial.
- Full (Complete) Order Return: SalesRep/ Trade Marketer should select an Order/Orders from the previous orders list and submit the complete order for return. The prices, discounts & VAT amounts of the returned products will be as per the selected Order
- Partial Order Return : SalesRep/ Trade Marketer should select an Order from the previous orders and select the individual order lines for return. The prices, discounts & VAT amounts of the returned products will be as per the prices mentioned in this selected Order. The system should also provide the feature to add products to be returned from multiple orders. It must be possible to adjust the product quantities.
- Ad-hoc returns : SalesRep/ Trade Marketer selects the individual products to be returned and pricing for these returned products will be based on the current price book and current VAT percentages.

Each of these returns should have fields to capture the Return Reason and the Product condition (sellable, non-sellable) details. Return Reason, should be available for both entire Order as well as for Individual order lines. There should be an option to automatically copy Order return reason to all Order lines as well.
