Buttons Not Displayed In All Phones Edit Screen (Doc ID 2518608.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Ok not present in All Phones screen


After clicking on Edit in All phones field in the screen that appears after clicking on Add button to add a phone number there is no button Ok or cancel to proceed further. this is happening port upgrade to 18c.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Manage All Phones screen should have a Ok and Cancel buttons

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. click create customer
2. click the All Phones field and see that the pop-up screen does not have any buttons

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contacts.
