Resend File From Output Interface Fails And Gives "File Not Found" Error Message (Doc ID 2518782.1)

Goal

We have found several situations where an attempt to resend a file from the Output Interface fails and gives a "File not found" error. It appears to be when the file is older.

Is there a window beyond which files cannot be resent?
