Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to convert Lead, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Attribute set for Opportunity in entity ActivityEO failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Leads
2. Select/Create a Lead
3. Go to Actions>Convert
4. Above error pops-up

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to convert Leads.
