On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Award Overview

 Contract Administrator getting populated automatically as the user converting award

Performing awards conversion using Conversions User. Noticing that the contract that is created with Role of Contract administrator being automatically assigned to the Conversions User and having full access. What is the reason for this to happen?
