FRS Report : PTD Not Showing Correct Balance

Goal
In one FRS report have the requirement to show last month. Suppose Jan-19 is the current period - it should show Dec-18, Jan-19 month. But here have adjustment period as well 13_dec-18. So when PTD amount show, suppose current month selected is Jan-19, it should show summation of (Dec-18 + 13_Dec-18).#
It is ok to select last month using range and offset function but: how to put the condition in case of the adjustment period?
