While Using Local Integration New Fields Added On SOAP Integration Is Not Reflecting Changes On Caller Integration Mappings

Symptoms
The SOAP integration is developed and being called in Caller integration. Later after adding a column in SOAP integration and refreshed the Local Integration activity in Caller integration, But the new columns aren't getting appeared in the mapping.
The same columns are getting appeared if we add a fresh Local Integration activity for the same SOAP integration
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Updated fields should get populated on the caller integration.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SOAP Integration and call the integration through Local invoke from caller integration.
2. Add additional fields to the SOAP integration.
3. Note the new fields won't show up on caller integration.
