On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After updating a notification as complete, the notification is not updated in the Bell Notification icon.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting completed notifications to reflect in the Bell Notification icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Click on the Bell Notification icon
3. Update a notification as Complete; no change in the notification list.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, completed notifications are not reflected when updated to complete..
